Sparkling Shiraz is a uniquely Australian style of wine. 

Deep and generous, with blackberry and ripe plum flowing into dark chocolate. The palate has richness and depth, while the bubbles bring freshness and lift, keeping the darker Shiraz flavours lively and balanced. Dark fruit and chocolate carry through the finish with a savoury edge.  A distinctly Australian sparkling red with full-flavoured Barossa personality. Best served chilled.

This wine is sourced from family vineyards located on a frost-free ironstone ridge west of Tanunda. 

The vineyards are grown at around 300m elevation on the Barossa Valley floor above the North Para River and adjacent to the ancestral home of the Auricht family.
