When you join the Two Sisters Cellar Circle, you simply choose your preferred pack size for each quarterly selection.

Seven days before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive an email letting you know what wines have been selected for the upcoming quarter. Your nominated credit card will be charged at this time if you have selected to keep it on file for future purchases, or you will be sent an invoice for the upcoming delivery. You will then see a confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

If payment hasn't been received prior to the scheduled dispatch date, your delivery will be skipped for that period.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your delivery directly through our delivery partner’s tracking system.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, but most deliveries arrive within a few business days of dispatch.

All Two Sisters Wine deliveries require a signature on arrival and cannot be left unattended.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. You’re also welcome to nominate a work address or alternative delivery address by updating your details in your online account.

No problem. You can skip or cancel a delivery by logging into your Two Sisters Wine account via our secure website.

Please note:

• Deliveries cannot be skipped within 5 days of the scheduled dispatch date
  
• Once you skip a delivery, you’ll receive an email confirming the change
  
• If three consecutive deliveries are skipped, your Cellar Circle membership may be cancelled, and you’ll be notified via email

1. By subscribing to the Two Sisters Cellar Circle, you acknowledge that you are signing up to receive regular wine deliveries every quarter.
2. You authorise Two Sisters Wine Company to debit your nominated credit card for the cost of each delivery as it occurs, or pay the received invoice each quarter. Payment details and personal information are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.
3. If your credit card expires or changes prior to a scheduled delivery, you will either need to update your details through the Two Sisters Wine secure website by logging into your customer account or by paying a subsequently emailed invoice.
4. You acknowledge that you can manage all Cellar Circle preferences — and skip deliveries — by completing the form to Skip Next Shipment or Cancel Membership. If three or more consecutive deliveries are skipped, Two Sisters Wine Company may cancel your membership and notify you via email.
5. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
6. All wine deliveries must be signed for and cannot be signed for by persons under the age of 18 years.
7. Your contract of sale will be with Two Sisters Wine Company, operating under the relevant South Australian liquor licensing laws.
