At this stage we don't distribute overseas.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

However, shipping is free for order over $120 for club members, and $150 for non-club members.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@twosisterswine.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We usually require 1-2 business days to process orders before orders are shipped.

Once you order has been shipped, here is an average amount of time shipping will take depending on your location:

Adelaide: 1 -2 days
Brisbane: 3-4 days
Canberra: 2 -3 days
Hobart: 4-5 days
Melbourne: 2-3 days
Perth: 5-6 days
Sydney: 2-3 days
